Hazelight is a Swedish game development studio founded by Josef Fares in 2014. We are based in Stockholm with our offices located in the beautiful facility Münchenbryggeriet by the waterfront. We aim to push the boundaries for interactive storytelling and engaging emotional experiences. The core team from the acclaimed Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons currently works at Hazelight. Hazelight’s first game, A Way Out, was released on March 23, 2018 and published by EA under the Originals label. Now we’re working on our next game It Takes Two!

✨ The Art of Split Fiction is live! ✨ We’re so proud to finally share a deeper look into the visual world of Split Fiction in our latest Art Blast with ArtStation. From the start, Split Fiction challenged us to create something entirely new: an original IP that blends elements of both sci-fi and fantasy. Shaping a universe that feels imaginative, distinct, and cohesive was no small task, and our incredible art team approached it with curiosity, care, and craftsmanship. At Hazelight, visual storytelling and gameplay go hand in hand. Every world was built not only to look beautiful, but to support the unique mechanics and emotional beats of the experience, especially across two simultaneous perspectives.
